Living a heart centered life

Each day when we wake up, we get to make the choice of what day we are going to have. Things may come your way that you did not expect or plan but they still happened. It is up to you how you respond to it. Learning how to respond to situations is better than reacting to everything that comes your way.

Did you know, when you meet someone, regardless of the situation, you leave a piece of yourself behind when you walk away? Think about that. You are so INFINITE that you leave a piece of yourself behind. How many people do you meet each day? Maybe you work and have many that you interact with all day long. Maybe your job is to search out people and interact with them. Maybe you are a recluse and your only interaction is with others online or over the phone. You still leave a piece of yourself. You leave an impression. What kind of impression do you want to leave? What would be the most constructive impression to leave behind when you walk away or hang up the phone?

One way you can be assured to leave the best of yourself behind is to live a heart centered life. You ground yourself upon waking. Close your eyes and envision a beautiful white light that spreads outward from your heart area. Let this white light spread across the land and let it surround the earth. Envision yourself floating out in space and looking down on the planet Earth…envision it being surrounded with a beautiful white light…a protective white light.

As you go out into the world and interact with others, meet them with a smile and project peace and love…let a beam of white or rose colored light touch their heart area. When you shake their hand, use both hands to show them you are blessed to meet them and converse with them. Let them know that they matter. What they think and have to say matters.

Leave the warmest, most loving piece of you behind with each person and being that you meet each day. THIS is how we can turn the tide and create a more peaceful existence between us all.

~peace out homies~
